So far, I'm not terribly impressed. The gummies are very tough, not nearly as chewy as I expected them to be. They're not as chewy as a gummy bear, but not as hard as jujubes candies. The cherry flavor was pretty nasty, and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The berry flavor was ok, nothing special, but not nearly as bad as the cherry. The orange flavor was my favorite, though it was quite sour. As for how they work, I can't really say. I feel absolutely not different than I did before I started taking them. I don't normally take vitamins, so I was really hoping for some kind of improvement in my health. Maybe it takes much longer than 2 weeks to see any kind of results. I would recommend these to people who already take a multivitamin daily, but who hate taking pills. * I received this product for free to try and review.
