However, this product has solved that problem and I'm overjoyed! I used to wake up in the night and not be able to get back to sleep. Now I take three tablets when I wake. They are so fast acting, I can feel myself relaxing. They are also approved by independent Consumer Labs for purity, dosage amount as labeled and dissolve-ability. A good book to read is "The Magnesium Miracle." I did not think I was deficient because I eat a lot of nuts, brown rice, etc. I like the lower dosage of the capsules, because I can tailor it to my needs without going overboard. One way to know if you're getting too much is diarrhea, but I've not had that happen. The upper tolerable limit is about 700 mg, according to one source. I rarely write reviews, but this simple pill has changed my life for the better and hope I can encourage others to give it a try. Most products in stores are magnesium oxide which the body does not absorb well.
