Recently, Walmart offered men's electric shavers to their Product Testers for review. Hesitant, I figured if the shaver was good enough for men's whiskers, it should be good enough for my legs, underarms AND BIKINI LINES! I was willing to give it a try. Enter the Remington PF7500 electric shaver. But can a woman really use a man's shaver? THAT was the question I wanted to answer for women. To make my long story short, YES, YES and YES!! Oh goodness, if any woman was willing to put this to the test, it was me! In the weeks before the shaver arrived, I prepared by allowing hair growth. There was no assembly really required; I just plugged it in and allowed it to charge overnight. The following day I began to shave my legs, underarms and bikini lines. Disconnecting the shaver from the charger I tapped the lower portion of the rubbery grip on the front side and turned it on. Living and adapting to a right-handed world my entire life, it was nice to see a product with a universal on/off switch accommodating to both left and right-handers. I am left-handed. (5 Stars to Remington for this feature!) This shaver weighs in at 6.8 ounces when held in the palm of your hands ? extremely light-weight. The shaver features a pivotal front shaving head with a trimmer on the backside. I had no idea what the Trimmer was for but once put into action, this little guy does an amazing job biting down long hairs before the actual shaving starts! Necessary for women? No, but the Trimmer carries a Big Bite to save time and I L-I-K-E it! What a smooth shave! For On-The-Run Gals like me who need a shave between their razor shaves in the shower, I highly recommend this product FOR YOU! Overall, my recommendation is for women to refrain from buying PINK shaver products simply because they are Pink; it's just a marketing gimmick. Purchase something that WORKS instead whether black, purple, pink, gray, or red! Think out of the box next time you make your shaver selection. I can honestly say, I am happy with this product with the mere fact that I can use it in-between razor shaves, on-the-go, and while traveling. Don't get me wrong, this shaver works even without in-between razor shaves. I seriously have no time to continue these long razor shaves in the shower when a product like this one is available to me! PRO’s Eliminates disposable razor cartridge which waste our landfills. Pivotal head. Easy to clean with included brush (but see my safety concerns in the following CONs section). CON's This shaver CANNOT be used in the shower. No safety feature to prevent the shaver from turning on when head cover is removed for cleaning. When the shaver was in the Off position, the Trimmer could still be opened (sharp edge). There should be a safety feature built in so that the Trimmer cannot release unless in the ON position. Comes with instructions for THREE different models including one model (not this one) that can be used in the shower (can be misleading to the Consumer and they may use this product in the shower when it is NOT intended to do so!) The model number labeling on this shaver-back is so small that one could get confused and use this model in the shower which may provide shock. 4 Star Rating onl
