1) We will deliver items on the next working day once order 

       is received except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

   2) We provide free shipping for Singpost normal Non-Registered 

mail and will not be responsible for any lost item or 

delay in mail.

  3) If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address entered

in Qoo10, we will contact the buyer and arrange to re-deliver

the item at the buyer's expense.

  4) All items are checked before delivery. Exchange is allowed

if the wrong item is delivered or there's a manufacturer's

defect. Items to be exchanged should be done within 

7 days from receipt and it shall be in original condition 

with packaging.  If the item is not available for 

exchange, a refund will be made.
