I do not know the quality of this item, but when I received this item, its expiration date is only 4 months left. Please note that this is 240 Softgels, If 2 times per day, I still need 4 months. But who wants to use the expiring things? I also purchased the same item from other sellers, they were very fresh, at least 1.5 years left. I think 1 year expiration date is a reasonable date.
