Moshi's exclusive RigidBody ™ driver housing delivers distortion-free and clear Bass.
The drive unit is composed of highly efficient neodymium driver housed with sintered alloy.
This unit not only improves the sound quality of the bass, but also provides a soft treble.
In order to obtain a powerful Bass, it is necessary to keep tightly sealed between the ear tip and the ear hole.
The cable of many inner ear headphones is heavier than the driver unit, and it tends to get out of the state sealed in the ear if it is always weighted.
Vortex's light cables, heavy drivers can fit safely into your ears even when the cable is fully extended.
For more reliable fitting, Vortex comes with three sizes of hybrid injection, silicon ear tip.
It provides an optimal listening experience like a memory form ear tip.
In addition, it has an iPhone compatible microphone that can respond on the spot even while listening to music.

Treatment
Insert each earplug into the left and right slots and wind the cable around the case as shown.
To remove the earphone, pull the cable and rotate the case.
Then push the earphones out of each slot.
Troubleshooting guide
If the volume adjustment does not function properly: There is a possibility that lint and dust are adhering to the headphone jack.
Please bring your phone to the manufacturer's designated service center and have the headphone jack inspected.
You can only hear noises from one side: Make sure the 3.5 mm plug is inserted all the way into the headphone jack.
No stereo output: Our 3.5mm connector complies with Apple's wiring standards.
Please note that it is incompatible with Motorola DROID or some portable models.
I can not hear bass: Please select another sized earpiece that fits snugly into your ear canal.
The low range is improved.
