Cooking Step:
1. Boil two pots of water.
2. Put the noodles in one pot for 15-30 seconds in the boiling water, to filter oil
3. Take the noodles out and rinse with cold water to cool.
4. Pour additional Huadiao chicken dishes pack in the outher boiling pot, depending on personal taste and add seasoning powder, boiled for 1 minute.
5. Put the cooled noodles into the pot with chicken broth. Stir for about 2 minutes, then add eggs, vegetables(depends on yourpersonal taste).
6. Delicious meal is ready to serve!
