for clear skin. No-rinse rice bran cleansing water without having to wash off

Micellar technology is applied to help the cleanser absorb skin waste while leaving moisture
to keep the skin hydrated after cleansing. Contains Rice Nuruk Fermented WaterTM naturally
fermented from glutinous rice nuruk (traditional Korean fermentation starter) made with
Cheorwon Odae rice​

How to use

Sweep the skin with cotton pad soaked in cleansing water and hold a soaked cotton pad
over eye areas for 15-20 seconds to dissolve stubborn makeup then lightly sweep it away.
Follow with a foaming cleanser for a more thorough cleanse.
