PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
As a dietary supplement, men take 4 capsules every day before bed, with 8 ounces of water. Take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes after your last meal. Use continuously for up to 8 weeks, followed by a 2-week off period. Combine with a diet and training program for best results. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have benign prostate hyperplasia or prostate cancer (due to possible androgenic effects). Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort, and/or tenderness. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, fact and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Do not use if you have high blood pressure or a cardiovascular disorder. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae Daisy Family. Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
