Furikake is a lightly salted Japanese condiment that is generally sprinkled over cooked white rice or Japanese rice balls called Onigiri, but not limited to these things. It's as commonplace in Japan as salt and pepper is in America. Furikake usually consists of various ingredients such as sushi nori (seaweed), sesame seeds, dried tuna flakes, ground shiso leaf, salmon flakes, powdered soy sauce or miso, and dried egg. Furikake will add great taste to whatever you add it to, whether it’s the rice, or fish, or stir-fry. It’s a unique seasoning, and will be as versatile as your imagination.
Our Furikake is made from premium seaweed from Ariake sea in Japan. It contains primary the following 4 main ingredients:
1. Dried Seaweed (or normally called Nori in Japanese)
2. Dried Shrimp
3. Sesame
4. Rice Cracker
The above products is free of any chemical addictives. It uses the most natural ingredients found at Kumamoto prefecture in Japan. Kumamoto is located at the center of Japan Kyushu island. Kyushu island is located at the southwest of Japan. It is one of the perfecture that faces the Ariake sea.

Introduction to Ariake Sea:
The Ariake sea is a mineral-enriched sea which are derived from Mt.Aso
through a large river such as Chikugo river (which is biggest river in Kyushu
area.) and Midori river etc. The gap between the ebb and flow is so large in the
Ariake sea, and it makes the Ariake sea nutritious.
So this is the reason why it is suitable for raising the seaweed like Nori.
Actually, Ariake sea is an one of the leading production area of Nori in Japan.
And Ariake-Nori itself is a famous of high quality and delicate taste.
Ariake Nori is a big-name brand now.
How to enjoy this premium Furikake:
1. Eat with Japanese rice

Cook a bowl of Japanese rice, sprinkle on top of the cooked rice.
