Trouble Shooting:
When you find channels freeze or always circle while watching, please do the following steps:
1.Reboot (power off & on) both the IPTV Box and the Lan Router------ this step is very important.
2.Please check your network connection and internet speed. The required bandwidth for SD channel should be no less than2Mbits, for HD channel is 4Mbits.
3.Change to another channel then go back the problem channel. Sometime the problem channel can back to normal after a switch.
