2-Stage Operation:

Second, put knife vertically into the #3 Slot ( FINE SLOT, Ceramic rod ) to honing, repeat the previous operation.

Tips:
Not to press hard, and keep pull to one direction: backwards only, or else the edge might be damaged. Not for ceramic knife or serrated knife.
