Preparation Instructions: For all ages: Your child''s health depends on proper formula preparation. Do NOT exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless otherwise specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm. Fill powder to top of enclosed scoop (1 Scoop=8.5g) - 1 can makes about 84 fl oz (2845mL) To Make Formula Powder Add Water2 fl oz bottle 1 unpacked, level scoop (8.5g) 2 fl oz (60mL)4 fl oz bottle 2 unpacked, level scoops (17g) 4 fl oz (120mL)6 fl oz bottle3 unpacked, level scoops (25.5g) 6 fl oz (80mL)8 fl oz bottle 4 unpacked, level scoops (34g) 8 fl oz (240mL Wash hands & surfaces with soap & warm water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water. Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved. Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour. Storage: Immediately store prepared formula in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
