How work is it:

Open package and check the quality of product is ok.
Use Screw A to drill a hole in leash, collar, bag or the other things to pin the light device.
Use Screw B to connect and lock tight with the light device by through all the holes. Then push the start button of the light device.
Screw A: Make holes.
Screw B: Connect and lock tight with the light device.
Screwdriver: Lock screws.
