Developed from the Ultra Tacks design, CCMs new Tacks protective offers a great fit and maximum protection. With a few new improvements, the new Tacks line is poised to take its place as an industry favorite. For protection, the Tacks 3092 shin guards feature molded PE knee caps. This provides elite protection, helping distribute force away from the knee joint. The shin caps have an anatomical design and enhance shot-blocking protection. Behind the leg, an extended foam calf extends protection, and the wrapping lock strap creates an adjustable, customized fit. Inside the pad, CCM has included a removable liner with segmented shin padding. The removable liner allows for a comfortable fit and easy maintenance.
