Attention to use:

1.short touch the button to switch the menu from time-date-steps-calories-distance-CLEAR-sleep mode-setting mode-wrist brightness
2.setting mode:Press and hold the button to enter the setting mode.You can set information like year-month,day-hour,minute-gender-age-weight-height.Remember short touch to change the data and long press to confirm the data and move to next setting.
3.Sleep mode:Press and hold the button to enter sleep mode, it will come a face on the screen, there will be 3 difference face to indicate the quality of your sleeping. Normal face:not too bad, Smile face:nice sleeping, Sad smile: poor sleeping. Press and hold to quit from sleep mode

4.CLEAR:Press and hold to reset all data, (short press to choose Yes/No and long press to confirm)
5.Wrist brigtness: Band default open this function, Long press to turn off this function
