It's pigmented with lovely colors. They have a slight (just the right amount) of sparkle to them to make your eyes pop! I've gotten so many compliments while wearing this eye shadow and my girlfriends have asked to use it. It's long lasting and easy to apply. I will soon purchase in "Naked".
