Suggested Use
Use only as directed. Adults and children over the age of 12 take 2 capsules twice daily. Children 4-12 take one capsule twice daily. Not for use in children under the age of 4.

Rice flour vegetable cellulose capsule dextrose ferrum phosphoricum magnesia phosphorica 6X; phosphorus 3C; agnus castus anocardium zincum metallicum 6C 12C 30C; kali phosphoricum 6C; stramonium 12C Avena Sativa 30C 200C.
