It lathers ok, but I have to use just a little more than I normally do with the Dove brand body wash. Not every body wash is suitable everyone, but this one is definitely worth trying. I don't understand the comments about not lathering up, having to use a lot more of the product, etc. comments being made. I use about a quarter size amount in my bath sponge (aka loofah) and get a clean wash and rinse unlike I have with other products. If you are looking for a silky smooth or slick feel after using a product, this one isn't for you. The reason being is that you are only left feeling naturally soft and clean after using this product. Loved it so much much that I never switched back! I've been buying this at my local Walmart, and just thought today to look to see that it's available online as well. (There's even a twin-pack of 24oz bottles online now. - Twice the amount, at a lower cost-per-ounce, and shipped straight to me for free..Yay!) This is an excellent value, since a little of this product goes a long way. It makes *mounds* of lather with just a little squirt of it. (I use it on a pouf.) I have allergies and dry skin, and haven't had any problems using this at all. It has a nice, but very light, scent.
