What is it? The Smarter Stand for iPad consists of 2 sleek， cleverly designed plastic clips meant to be used as an add-on enhancement for your existing Apple Smart Cover or Smart Case. These genius little clips add a whole array of new possibilities， positions， and angles that can be achieved when using your Smart Cover as a stand for your iPad. It's a very simple product， but you'll be amazed at the added functionality it provides.

How do they work? The 2 discreet clips simply slide onto either side of your Smart Cover and can be repositioned to any point on the edge of the cover. Simply slide them over one of the folds in your cover， and suddenly the fold is reinforced so it can no longer bend. Essentially， this gives you the ability to choose where your Smart Cover bends and where it doesn't. The easiest way to see what this does for you is to check out the pictures， where you can see a variety of different positions that were previously impossible to achieve with the Smart Cover alone. Very simply， having the ability to block the folding points immensely increases the functionality of the Smart Cover.

What's wrong with the Smart Cover as it is? While it is certainly one of the best iPad accessories， it's very limited as an iPad stand. As a stand， the Smart Cover offers 2 positions: really low or really upright - there is no in-between.
