*Recommended area of use: Product is recommended to be used at landed property garden and backyard, dormitories, construction sites, area where grid power is not easily accessible, road works, farms.

We provide free on-site assessment and consultation for our clients on the feasibility to install the product. Installation of floodlights at height lesser than or equals to 3m will be free (additional materials required for installation will be informed and charged separately). We provide design and construct our own brackets for installation to provide extra stability (additional charges apply). To attain optimum charging power of the solar panel, the direction which the solar panel is facing is of utmost important. Therefore, assessment of location to install the solar floodlight is recommended.

Warranty:
1. Within three (3) months from the date of purchase, in the event of factory fault upon quality inspection, we will do a one-to-one exchange (Buyer shall be responsible for removing the product from the installed area and returned to us in its original package for exchange. Additional charges shall apply if we are to carry out the dismantling process). If the damage is resulted from the Buyer's, or any party related to the Buyer mishandling, charges incurred for the maintenance/repair and all other operational fees shall be borned by the Buyer.
2. Our company is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the our solar light’s product manual.
3. This warranty is considered void (maintenance charges applicable for case-by-case basis) for the following circumstances:
- The invoice/proof of purchase has been edited using unofficial methods
- Accessories to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, are not covered unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- Damage is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause, product that has been modified without the company’s written permission, or defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product
- Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of our company
- Exterior damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken docks unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- Warranty Period has ended
