After much research and label reading, I decided to give Designer's Whey a shot. The cost was reasonable so I felt it was minimal risk...Glad I did it. Chocolate...not dutch or dark is my favorite. I get vanilla when I want to add different fruits and or spinach. It honestly soothes my sweet tooth. and when I really want to trick my body into thinking it's getting a calorie carb rich treat, I mix a scoop of vanilla Designer's whey with some vanilla yogurt, a diet lemon-lime carbonated drink, and mix it with some ice in a blender. omg...you will seriously think you just had a milkshake made with ice cream. My daughter is over the moon happy, as she had been skipping meals to keep up with coursework. Love that walmart. com delivered it to her door and I didn't have to box it up.
