How to Use

Step 1: Apply ColorBurst Matte Balm evenly to clean, bare lips. Build color and coverage as desired.

Step 2: Reapply as desired for moisturizing shine throughout the day.

 IMPORTANT:  Every product will be checked before sending out. They will be packed with bubble wrap.

Please NOTE :
