Our "cheap and good" general servicing job scope includes:
Step 1 - Checking and washing of aircon cover with clean water
Step 2 - Checking and washing of filter with clean water
Step 3 - Checking, brushing and vacuuming of fan coil 
Step 4 - Checking and washing of blower (Most aircon company don't clean)
Step 5 - Checking and vacuuming drainage pipe
Step 6 - Checking, clearing and washing of water tray with clean water
Step 7 - Checking of gas pressure (Not necessary to top up unless required)

NOTE: Price stated is for one unit

Additional services (Cash payment to technician):
- Gas top up R22 or R410a (range $50-80)
- Upgrade to chemical wash (No dismantle) ($40 per unit)
- Upgrade to chemical overhaul (Dismantle whole set) ($90 per unit)
- Condenser (outdoor unit) wash ($50 per unit)
- Capacitor replacement ($100 per capacitor)
- Complimentary troubleshooting provided if required

*Warranty: One month from the date of servicing*
