The PuzzleMobil Fire Engine is made up of 6 separate parts. Although the ladder can easily be taken off, it is held in place by the blue flashers. 

All Fagus toys are made in Germany without nails, screws or staples. Even the most complex vehicles are made by interlocking, doweling and/or gluing wood together by hand.
