I just got my own iphone sent in for warranty claim as my iphone is having some gitches. service center 1st thing to check on is the litmus paper that is in the earphone jack and at the charging jack if litmus paper is red means water have went in and your warranty is gone!!!

if warranty is void u cant get your iphone replace and your have to pay for a new one.
