Introduction practical experiments
1. Observe hair steps:
1) Cut out some hair, about 5MM long.
2). Place hair on the glass slide with a drop of water on a glass slide, for the hair to glued to the glass slide.
3). Then place the glass slide under the microscope to observe.
2. Observe the onion epidermal cells steps:
1) Remove the outside onion skins dry, gently tear the inner layer, whichever is the thinnest film places.
2) Place on a glass slide to observe, you can see the cells and nuclei.
3. Observe human cells steps:
1). A drop of salt water on a glass slide with a sterile toothpick in the mouth and gently scrape the walls of the inner mouth.
2) Scarp one end of the toothpick with cell on the slides.
3). Use tweezers to pick up a clean coverslip, drip one end of the slide with a drop of water, then gently place on the glass slides.
4) Place the slides on the microscope to observe.
4. Observe the insect wings:
1) to capture a small insects such as: mosquitoes, ants, butterflies.
2) Place a drop of water on glass slide, use tweezer to place the insect wings on the glass slide.
3). Remove excess water with tissue paper.
4) Place under microscope to observe.
