Easy to apply:
* loosen the four straps
* align patella opening (A) over kneecap as shown
* fasten bottom section (F) behind knee
* fasten top section (G) behind knee
* secure two front straps (B) through loops
* Secure two rear straps (B) through loops
* adjust as needed
For sizing measure around leg 3 inches above knee
Care:Remove hinges before washing. Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
