MenstruHeat is designed and formulated to a women's needs:

1) It uses a material that allows fast heating

2) Ergonomic design to allow bending of product to nicely fit the abdomen

Tips of use:

1) It is advisable to not stick it directly onto the skin as

different people has different tolerance to varying heat temperature.

2) Always monitor the packs and remove if they get too warm for your comfort.

3) MenstruHeat is made to last for up to 12 hours to provide long lasting relief.

4) When the contents inside the packs harden and crumble,

that is a sign that the heat will start to wear off.

5) If you find the heat pack cooling off, put it in contact with your body heat,

heat pack will gradually heat up again.

6) If you find heat pack too hot, place it away from your body and it will

gradually lose heat and cool off.
