First one worked fine until batteries failed at least 3+ years. The design makes it extremely difficult to replace batteries. I expected it to run at a higher rate of speed and a louder whizzing sound. Even if you use lubricant/lotion/creme and prep your face with warm water, and rotate the heads over the same area over and over, it misses hairs?
