It was a Jasper purchase after a long absence. I remembered the size feeling and chose the size referring to the item description. I think that my footstep is a standard. Jasper feels a little tight as the instep is narrow. So we recommend +1 cm for Jasper. Even if it is too big, you can adjust it with 180 cm in spare time so it's okay!
