NOW® GTF Chromium is a biological active form of chelated Chromium known as Chromium Chelavite®. This form of chromium is also known as ''Glucose Tolerance Factor'' (GTF) because it is most similar to the form that was originally isolated from a food source.

Directions
Suggested Usage: Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.Free OfGMOs. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
