Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) scoop daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. May be mixed into foods such as yogurt, oatmeal smoothies, cereal, soups or salads. Or for an invigorating drink, add to 8 oz of liquid. Shake or stir for one minute, then let sit for 5 minutes to allow seeds to soften.
