A:There are 2 ribbon cables on the screen, one is display cable, the other is touch cable.

Please try the following steps to solve this problem:

1. separate the screen and the other part.

2. then leave the screen alone for about 2 hours or longer,

3. install the screen, please press tight on the ribbon cables to make sure they are connected well.

4. then, restart your phone.
