1.) Where do we ship?

We deliver nationwide. During "Free Delivery Promotion", it is only applicable to West Malaysia only.

2.) How long does delivery take?

Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postal codes.

Shipping is available within Malaysia and we can assist to dropship for to your friends/family address.

3.) Why isn't my tracking ID appear on the system after you assign us the ID?

Our process is assigning you the ID to confirm that your package is already packed and ready for ship out and collection by our courier. Pls allow additional 1-2 days for it to reflect on the courier website. During promotion purchase, please allow us up to 2 days to process and packed your good. 4.) Which courier do you use?

We are currently using GDEX only to ensure safe arrival of your parcel. Although it is more expensive, we will bear the cost.
