RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item

Any shortage of item or wrong item received

Defective item issue
>Physical appearance damage will void warranty(No exchange/return allowed)
>Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
>Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)
>Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.
>We only accept return by Qxpress, any other return like singpost, ninjavan, etc, we won't accept.

Any change of mind from buyer's end or would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore
>We don't provide trial, so cannot exchange/return due to this reason.
