As an adult and having my first child who got me sick a lot with all her viruses, I decided to faithfully take the Spring Valley Natural Vitamin C w/ Rose Hips, 1000mg. Staying on it daily I noticed how much shorter my colds are if I catch something. And I've noticed how I feel one coming on, but I feel my body's defense system working! It is a great product and I highly recommend it!
