Argentum Nitricum also works for diarrea of two types, nervous diarrhea and diarrhea due to gastric disorder. Nervous diarrhea sets in as a result of any mental emotion, nervousness etc. Great apprehension when the patient is ready to go to church, opera or appear for the examination. But the patient is better as soon as he starts performing the task. Argentum Nitricum also helps in diarrhea due to gastric disorders caused by eating sugar, candy, sweets etc. Stool is green watery looking like chopped spinach, with noisy flatus. Kali Phosphoricum: Kali Phosphoricum is a useful remedy for irritable bowel. There is nervous gone sensation in the pit of the stomach. There is vomiting of sour, bitter food and of blood. Empty gone sensation relieved by eating. It also helps in dysentry when stool consists of pure blood and the patient becomes delirious. Rectum burns and feels sore.
