1. Ear test mode is only suitable for children over 3 months. Please read the included instruction manual carefully to avoid any misuse and keep it for future reference. It is normal to obtain a slight variation in temperature readings when taking temperatures from different parts of the body.
2. Make sure you are taking temperature readings from the right places and positions, don't measure anywhere near the eyebrows, the forehead is the only correct site where temperatures should be taken.
3. To get the best results, place the device 5cm from the forehead.
