The Black Dual-Action Collapsed Cell Structure Finishing Pad is firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove buffer swirls. It has no cut and will apply thin, even coats of waxes, sealants, and glazes. The polish-saving design gives polishes a longer working time, which results in more successful detailing. Collapsed Cell Structure (CSS) pads utilize the latest in innovation and are very user friendly providing better control, less product waste, more accurate results and overall a better job. The CSS Technology slows the rate of polish absorption which results in a longer working time. The CSS pockets gradually release polish as needed by the operator which improves operator control. The CSS pockets also reduce surface tension which allows the operator to run the pad flat on a working surface, preventing pad skipping. It is OEM tested and approved.
