How to Pair your fitbit Charge/HR to iPhone or Android App ?

1.Download fitbit APP, after setting the fitbit model, click on the search,
2.same time press and hold the button on fitbit for 3 seconds, until 00:00 the words appear on the screen release
3.Then wait a few seconds, it will appear on the phone found the fitbit band, At the same time there will be four digital screen on the fitbit charge/HR,
4. Input the 4 digi to the phone to complete the match; Important :bracelet fully charged or plugged in charging are more easier and faster to match!

How to solve Incomplete update error ?

-.Retart your phone and fitbit
-.Remove the fitbit APP and download again
-.Connect the fitbit band to the charging cable while doing update
-.Reboot your fibit by click and hole the botton for 10s + until it shows up the fitbit logo with version No.
Take note that by rebooting your fitbit will NOT remove your Data
-.Sometime it's due to fitbit server maintanance or problem. so if you tried all aboved methods still not not working, Please try on the next day.
-.If the ALL the above Methods are not working for you. You need to restore the fitbit charge.

Take note that by rebooting your fitbit WILL remove your Data

How to restore the fitbit Charge/HR to factory setting?
1. Connect charging cable to your fitbit Charge/HR
2. Press hand ring release button for about 2s -and then press the button while unplug the line, after about 7s release - quick release and then click on the button,
3. then enter the factory settings mode - Single Press button for about 3 to 4 times and you will see see the words "ERASE" on fitbit,
4.release button when u see the"ERASE" word, wait a few seconds it will automatically restart to complete the factory
5.then reconnect it again.
