He's a little big for his size so depending on the clothes he can go from a 4T to a 5T. The costume size is supposed to be for 4-6. It fit him just right, so I'm not sure if a 6 yr old would fit in this, unless they were short for their age. When it came the spikes were twisted and wrinkled, I just ironed them with a towel over them so I wouldn't burn the fabric, worked perfectly. The width fits great but the length is a little tight. I would give it 5 stars, except that the feet that cover their shoes don't like to stay strapped. They come with velcro straps to do under their shoes (we even tried under his sock in his shoe) but they come undone easily, so you have to make sure they don't trip and fall if they get going fast. I stitched both the legs shorter by more than a couple of inches and yet wasnt enuf.. then had to fold near the paw. 2. the head cd have been make better.. the part near the eyes makes it look more like a lizard, than a dino. 3.
