Description

Soondubu jjigae is a delicious and hearty soup. A robust and flavorful combination of meat, vegetables and the spicy seasoning is beautifully contrasted by the softness of soondubu. Soondubu can easily be a complete meal when served with a bowl of rice.


Preparation

1. Fully defrost the soup.
2. Pour out the ingredients into a pot.
3. Put in the enclosed tofu into the pot.
4. Heat it up till the soup is boiling.
5. Highly recommended to crack in an egg for more flavour.
