  • Customer shall bear the postage for exchange items 
B. Delivery 
  • Customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping due to wrong or incomplete delivery address 
  • We shall not be responsible for lost or undelivered items sent by SINGPOST non-registered mail
  • Please note that NO replacement will be send due to lost of non-registered mail
