The Doulton W9121750 SuperSterasyl features a short 1 1/4" thread mount and provides sub micron filtration of drinking water. The Doulton W9121750 has the pore structure to remove fine particulates, bacteria, cysts, and turbidity. Under the ceramic shell is granular activated carbon. In addition, the ceramic shell is sliver impregnated to inhibit bacteria growth, making the filter self sterilizing. The SuperSterasyl 10" Gravity Ceramic Candle has a micron rating of 0.9, a flow rate of 1.2 gpm, and a 700 gallon capacity. Use the Doulton W9121750 SuperSterasyl 10" Gravity Ceramic Candle to remove turbidity, E.Coli, Cholera, Typhoid, Cryptosporidium, and chlorine. For use in a variety of gravity filter systems including: CeraGrav LP5, Royal Berkey, Imperial Berkey, Crown Berkey, and Berkey Light.
