Warranty, Shipping & Return Policy

1. Warranty - One year from date the item was successfully delivered.

2. Shipping - All items are shipped with a tracking number, thus we will not entertain any requests if the item was not delivered. Please ensure the address given to us is accurate.

3. Returns - We will accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product, if:

   a) the item has not been used,

   b) the item was not tampered,

   c) the item must be returned with the full packaging,

Note: Customer is to bear shipping for the return of item.

4. If the item sent was:

   a) was faulty,

   b) was not the one ordered,

we will resend a replacement and bear all related shipping charges.
