Introduction:
Nesting doll, or Matryoshka, is a set of traditional Russian dolls, making its debut in the late 19th century in Russia.
The name has somewhat gained around the world and become a notable must-have souvenir from Russia.
The doll set consists of multiple separate ones that smaller one is put inside a larger hollower one.
The structure is simple yet intriguing as when you seem to constantly discovery little ones inside. It is an engaging experience.

Specification:
Material: Basswood.
Pattern: The dolls are in bellied shape, ten layers in total.All dolls are coated with handmade painting.
For the biggest one, it has the most detailed illustration in all ten dolls.
From top down, the head part is traditional tinted blonde grinning russian girl with rosy cheek.
The rest part is split into half sky blue, half dark blue, yellow, red and blue flowers all around, and green leaves.
Down to the ground base, the gilted golden rings flow around, coordinated with the general Russian motif.
The remaining dolls share similar patterns, and have all differn colors, such as pink, red, green, yellow.

Smallest: H x D= 1x 1.2 cm/0.4" x 0.5"
