PREPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour contents of sachet into a cup and add 200cc of room temperature water.

2. Stir till contents dissolve. You may wish to add more or less water to achieve a consistency to your preference.

3. Adding ice and milk/yogurt to the beverage is highly recommended for a refreshing taste.

4. If you tend to leave your drink unattended for a few minutes, stir it again before consuming as the natural fruit pulp and basil seeds will tend to sink to the bottom.

5. After finishing consumption of beverage, it is recommended to drink an additional 300-500cc of plain water so that you will feel fuller. This will decrease your appetite and craving for additional meals and would also further aid in digestion.

** It is recommended to consume these replacement meals on an empty stomach and if 1 packet does not fill you up, you may consume another packet. Do not exceed 100g daily and do not exceed 1g/kg within 2 hours (e.g. If you weigh 50kg, do not consume more than 50g within a 2 hour period) 1 sachet is equivalent to 17g.
