How to order
1. Indicate *engraving details for the frame in "Memo to Seller" field with the following:
- Bottom: text only; cursive or non-cursive text; alignment: center ONLY
* As there is limited space for engraving, do keep the text short.
** We apologise that we no longer accept illustration for engraving.
Note
- For bulk orders, kindly send an email with your name, contact number, purchase order number and the full engraving details since the "Memo to Seller" field is limited.
- Should there be any clarification required or issue arises with the illustration submitted, we will get in touch.
- It will take 3 working days for the customized product to be ready for shipping if details given are clear and there is no further resubmission of image required.
