Return and Refund

1.  You have 7 days to rturn it from the date it was received  if the product can not work wellunder normal use.But kindly be suggested to get technology instruction from us before considering return it. 

2.  If you signed it more than 7 days but within 1 month, we can replace to you if it can not work for the product question, you may need to bear the return freight.

3.  All returned items must be in the original package and must provide us with the shipping tracking number. Also enclose reasons for the return and your order number in the return package.

4.  When the parcel comes, please check it face to face before signing,especially fragile.When you found it was broken, please taking picture(picture must can identify the package,well protect and broken situation) to us and complaint at your local post to get a handle record.Then you can get refund form us.  

1.   Year Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2.  Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
